Renova Homes was founded in Marbella by people who had grown tired of watching clients pass between an agent, a builder and a management company — each blaming the other when something went wrong.
So we built one company that does all three. We find the property, we renovate it, and we look after it afterwards. It means the person who advised you on the purchase is still there two years later when the pool pump fails.
Today we work across Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande and the wider Costa del Sol, for owners who live here full-time and for those who visit a few weeks a year.
